Your Healthcare Rights

We have adopted the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights in our daily practice of dentistry for greater patient satisfaction and to reinforce safer and higher quality care. The charter was developed with widespread consultation and outlines the significant rights of patients when seeking or receiving healthcare services, and applies to all sectors of healthcare in Australia. In July 2008, Australian Health Ministers endorsed it for use across the nation.

At ADHPL, these rights aren't just guidelines—they're fundamental principles that shape every interaction and decision in our practice. We regularly review and update our procedures to ensure we not only meet but exceed these standards, providing you with dental care that respects your rights and prioritises your wellbeing.
